Galaxy S26 Ultra Leak Shows Samsung’s Privacy Display in Action

A new leak has revealed how Samsung’s rumored Privacy Display feature is expected to work on the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra.

According to reports based on Samsung’s updated Tips app, a hidden listing describes Privacy Display and includes animations demonstrating the feature. The page was reportedly accessed by spoofing a device as a Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Privacy Display is designed to reduce screen visibility when viewed from an angle, making it harder for people nearby to see what is on the display. Earlier code and interface leaks suggested this behavior, and the new animations appear to confirm it.

The feature will reportedly be accessible in the Settings app under the Display section, with an additional toggle in Quick Settings for faster access.

Users are expected to be able to switch Privacy Display on or off and configure conditions for automatic activation, such as when they are in crowded environments. The animations show the screen remaining clear when viewed head-on, while becoming significantly dimmer or obscured when viewed from the top, bottom, or sides.

The latest leak adds to mounting evidence that Privacy Display will debut as one of the headline features of the Galaxy S26 Ultra when the device is officially announced.
