Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 series is expected to debut in July, alongside new foldable devices. Recent leaks offer clearer images and details about the new smartwatch lineup, which appears to include three distinct models.
Renowned leaker Evan Blass shared higher-resolution images of the Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and introduced a new model named the “Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025)” in his newsletter. This marks the first time Samsung is expected to feature three smartwatches in its core lineup.
While previous leaks indicated an Ultra model was in development, it was unclear if the 2025 version would be a generational update or a new variant of the 2024 release. The latest images show the Ultra in a notable blue color, but specifics on new features remain scarce.
All models will run Samsung’s One UI 8 Watch interface, which recently entered beta testing. The Galaxy Watch 8 series continues Samsung’s push to update its smartwatch design and software ahead of the official launch.
