Microsoft has announced eight new games coming to Xbox Game Pass in August. Among the highlights is Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a return to the series’ classic style, following the story of Basim navigating ninth-century Baghdad.
Other notable additions include Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, a dice-driven RPG featuring a fugitive android, and Aliens: Fireteam Elite, a third-person survival shooter that pits players against waves of Xenomorphs. With the upcoming Aliens TV series, this title offers a timely revisit.
Several games will also leave the service on August 15, giving subscribers a limited time to play before needing to purchase them.
Later this month, Gears of War: Reloaded and Herdling will join the Game Pass library. Last month’s additions included RoboCop: Rogue City, Wheel World, and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
