Nintendo has released a new system update for the Switch 2, addressing several backwards compatibility issues with popular Switch games.

One key fix involves Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, where an online match bug with Mii Fighters causing matches to end prematurely has been resolved. Additionally, the issue with Mii Fighter thumbnail images not displaying correctly when edited is partially fixed and expected to be fully addressed soon.
