HubSpot CRM empowers productivity with the help of AI-powered tools


HubSpot CRM, the platform that helps scale businesses, has announced the launch of two new AI-powered tools: Content Assistant and The tools are aimed at helping businesses save time while also building better connections with their target audiences.

HubSpot has invested in AI previously, with conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI, content optimization, and other features. The new Content Assistant and tools, powered by OpenAI, are aimed at marketing, sales, and customer service professionals.

The Content Assistant

The Content Assistant, which launched today in private beta, provides marketing and sales teams with the ability to create and share quality content in just minutes or even seconds. Among other things, it can suggest blog titles related to a product or service, generate complete blog post outlines for those titles, and write content for blog posts, landing pages, website pages, sales and marketing emails, and knowledge base articles. The tool streamlines content marketing workflows into one place, making it easy for teams to save time and energy.

The tool

The, which launched today in public alpha, provides a natural language chat-based user experience that helps HubSpot customers complete a variety of tasks. The tool can be used to add contacts and companies to the HubSpot CRM, create custom reports related to marketing, sales, and customer service, and draft professional, effective sales emails personalized to the recipient.

In addition to the new AI-powered tools, HubSpot has also announced a new Advanced Marketing Reporting offering that provides marketers with a birds-eye view of the customer journey to spot growth opportunities. This new solution offers marketers access to all unified data for specialized advanced reporting and insights. Using Advanced Marketing Reporting, teams can identify how specific touchpoints, marketing actions, and assets are performing and optimize specific conversion paths. This will help marketing departments to do more with less and defend their marketing budget.
